Internet Radio has been sentenced to death.
In a move that recalls the Vogons' decision to destroy Earth to clear the way for a highway bypass through space (a thankfully fictional premise of Douglas Adams' Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy), the judges comprising the Copyright Royalty Board [1] have decided to destroy the Internet radio industry so the Recording Industry won't be inconvenienced by something it doesn't know, like or understand.
Meetings tonight... be there or be square!
Just a friendly reminder that tonight within the IMC main space, 202 E. Broadway in Urbana (the old downtown post office), several working groups along with the general membership will be meeting. Below are the meeting times. Not a WRFU member but want to be... come out these meetings are open to the public.
6PM to 7PM - Training and Scheduling groups
7PM to 8PM - Automation and Tech groups (possible field trip to the tech space)
8PM to 9PM - General meeting

The mainboard or video card decided they wanted to crisp each other. Last week is apparently when the battle started and thus archives/podcasts/streams have been offline since. Keep checking back for updates on the new server.
Archiving/Podcasting is working!
Hey all, we are now recording our shows! Below are three ways to get your favorite WRFU show that you missed:
1. On the main menu (over to the right) click on the archives link for a full listing of audio.
2. On the main menu click on the schedule link and then on the image that looks like this 
to visit just that shows files.
3. Podcast? Follow #2 but rather than click on click on the image that looks like this 
and put the address into your favorite podcast software.
