Gangster Rap and Politics

The political climate has been a bit warm lately. Gun slingers showing up to town hall meetings where the president chooses to speak, citizens wearing t-shirts that read "proud member of the mob" while some citizens choose to snatch posters from the hands of healthcare supporters in fear that the poster might cause some citizens to actually "think".

I can't help but wonder "what's all the fuss about". I'm I not in an uproar like some citizens because I don't have as much money the government can tax like others? Or is it that I actually feel that this is the direction the nation needs to take? Especially with lead indicators like the depletion of Social Security.

We give WallStreet executives millions of dollars in hope that they can save us from an economic downturn, but they run to Hawaii or Las Vegas with the money instead. However, we become angrier when there's a chance a citizen who's less fortunate can have health care on the expense of "us" as well.

So on the night of August 19th, I felt the need to play Ganster Rap and talk about the political climate regarding the ever controversial Healthcare Plan. Its getting a bit crazy, so make sure you're ready when ships begin to sink.*Peace
